Why is Southborough an excellent locale?

Southboro is a small town, in the metro west area of Boston, that has a perfect locale for people who like or have to travel.  You have quick access within 10 to 15 miniutes to three major routes, 495, Mass pike, and rte 9. Plus the commuter rail stop from Southborough to South station.  It is 45 mins to logan airport, 40 mins to Providence RI.   One hour and 15 mins to Cape Cod or Ogunquit, Maine.  Depending on your desired vacation destination.  If you love to shop, it is 20 minutes to Natick collections, and Solonm Pond Mall.  What i love the most, you have access to four different "Targets" within 15 minutes.  Milford, Marlborough, Framingham, and Westborough.   Love this town!

We live in the world of keep it real. Simple video of my listing on the Ashland/ Framingham line. 25 Fairview Rd, in Framingham. Situated in neighborhood on a dead end street. Easy to locale to two commuter rail stops. Ashland or Framingham. This house was gutted and renovated in 2005! It still looks as crisp and clean as the day they bought it. Check it out yourself.

Are you a FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER?

Timing is everything in life.   I remember in 1991, I purchase my first home with my husband and two kids in tow.   Foreclosures were plentiful, the interest rates were 14%, and the purchase prices were half of what they are today.    Today that same house is MORE than doubled.

Opportunity is knocking.  House price has fallen.  Some prices, in some areas are as low as what they were 6 years ago.  $8000 credit for first time home owners...OR if you have not lived in a home for three years.   AND interest rates are amazing.  Below 6% for most people.

Bottom-line....if you want to stop paying rent, have a great long term investment...the timing for you could be here!  Call you mortgage broker today.

I don't want to hear you say...I could of, would of, ...SHOULD of!

Business Referral Group

Evaluation time.  Every year I sum up my previous business and figure out where most of my business comes from.  Most of my business is referrals and relocation in the last few years.  So...word of mouth is huge.  I told this to a partner of mine.   She suggested I join  a business group.   Long story short, I founded a business group in Southborough, MA. several years ago, and LOVE it!   I strongly suggest anyone who is serious about building their businesses and don't want to waste their advertising dollars on the general masses, should join a group.  If you would like to check us out, our group site is http://metrowestbusinesspartners.com/.  WE meet twice a month at Becker College on Rte 9 in Southborough, MA.

2009, a time of hope and inspiration.

Many people on Jan 1st start a NEW YEAR resolution.  I usually don't have one.  I feel in past 10 years I have set fair goals for myself and overall have been happy with my life.   Until this year....this year is  special.  WE have a new president.  I am not sure what all the changes will be or how successful he will be able to accomplish them...but this year I have HOPE!   I am inspired to make changes in myself, and my business.    One of these.... start blogging.  This will be a hard one for me,  only because writing is not something I enjoy.  Love to read, not write.   So...please bare with me on my grammer and spelling.  This is not just a step, but a giant leap.   Hoping to do well and inspired to make the change.

A Haunted Holloween Trolley Tour

I wanted to tell everyone about a wonderful event that the Framingham Historical Society is presenting.

A Haunted Holloween Trolley Tour!

Take a 45 Minute Trolley ride through Framingham's mysterious past....if you dare.    The trolleys leave at 5pm and 6pm from Edgell Memorial Library / Oak street on Friday, October 26th 2007.   For more information visit the website: www.framinghamhistory.org  or call (508) 872-3780

My understanding, if you want to know local horrors from history this is a ride you won't forget.  Adults are $10 &  Children under 12 are $5 .  Constumes are not required, but are always welcomed in spirit.
